Refund policy

Because each piece from Portia’s Pearls is a unique, one-of-a-kind jewellery artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or preference.

We do, however, stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue in line with consumer law.

Custom orders and heirloom commissions are also non-refundable once confirmed.
