Unfortunately we are NOT responsible for any import duty fees incurred on your end.

 

GST

The GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 15% is deducted from the purchase amount when we courier items overseas. In New Zealand this is calculated by dividing the price of the item by 7.666

Delivery Time

We courier your items to you as soon as we receive payment and/or the payment has cleared. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery, although it usually takes only 5 to 6 days. If there is a delay in delivery, which is our fault, you retain the right to cancel your order.

Return Policy

We have a 7-working-day return policy, effective from the time you receive your pieces. We will give you a full refund, excluding courier fees. This policy does not apply if the pieces have been damaged by the client. We retain the right as jewellers to be the sole judge as to what constitutes as being “damaged by the client”.

 

 

Website Pricing Errors

In the unlikely event of a website pricing error, we retain the right to inform you of the correct price, as opposed to the erroneous website price. You retain the right to cancel your order.

You must be over 18 years of age to make purchases from our website.
