Courier Fees

We will courier your purchase anywhere in the world at a cost of NZ$50--including insurance--for pieces that amount to a total of NZ$1,500 or less. There are extra courier fees for pieces priced above NZ$1,500 and we will let you know the exact courier amount before your purchase.

Unfortunately we are NOT responsible for any import duty fees incurred on your end.

GST

The GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 15% is deducted from the purchase amount when we courier items overseas. In New Zealand this is calculated by dividing the price of the item by 7.666

Each one-of-a-kind jewellery piece is carefully packaged and shipped with full tracking.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days 

We ship worldwide; delivery times vary by location.

All shipments are insured to protect your heirloom piece in transit.

Care Instructions

Your piece is made with rare wild pāua pearls—precious natural gems that deserve gentle care. To preserve their beauty:

Store separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to prevent scratches.

Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Clean with a soft, damp cloth only (never ultrasonic cleaners or strong detergents).

Wear your piece often—the natural oils from skin can help maintain pearl luster.
